Overview

Food and Mood are closely connected, and what you eat can have a significant impact on how you feel, both mentally and emotionally. We will discuss about eating a balanced diet rich in essential nutrients that can improve mood stability, while poor dietary choices may contribute to feelings of irritability, anxiety, or depression.

My first name is William but I prefer WILL. I am a father of 2, a boy 4 named LJ and a two-year-old called Willow. She lives in Ghana with my wife. When I am over there is nothing, I love more than finding a secluded beach in Ghana so I can just chill. I love my making music which I also love doing in Ghana and spontaneously creating art whenever I am free. And I love anything Arsenal and I am still eager to see us win the championship
