Self-compassion is the practice of being kind and understanding toward oneself, especially during times of failure, struggle, or when experiencing difficult emotions. It involves treating yourself with the same kindness and care. On this session we will be practicing self-compassion, how to cultivate greater emotional well-being, reduce stress, and develop healthier relationships with yourself and others.
My name is Sukuna. Sometimes people call me arrogant and stubborn. But I call myself an ambassador of human pride and dignity. I always welcomes challenges and do the best to my ability.
