I am Brush Oulai, a recent addition to the East London NHS Foundation Trust. I’m thrilled to be part of an organisation that plays a crucial role in people’s lives.
I have had the privilege of working on various projects that required meticulous planning, strategic decision-making, process and quality improvement and effective leadership. I enjoy meeting people from diverse backgrounds, and learning from their experiences, and build meaningful relationships.
I hold a degree in business studies, an MBA and an MSc in Supply Chain Management.
Beyond my professional life, I am a man of many passions; Music and Storytelling. I cannot spend a day without playing a track of the Congolese Rhumba. I love reading and writing. I believe human beings need a little bit of fiction to go through daily challenges.
Joining the East London NHS Foundation Trust is an exciting and meaningful step for me. I am eager to apply my skills and expertise from the private sector to support the Trust in achieving its goals. I am confident that, together, we can make a positive impact and drive the Trust forward. I look forward to meeting and collaborating with you all
I love the beach and time with my friends and family. I have two cats called Stanley and Allen, and love nothing better than watching rugby, especially watching Italy winning (doesn't happen often). I speak Italian and enjoy travelling and meeting new people.
