Overview

Good sleep, good breathing techniques and grounding are excellent ways to manage and improve your wellbeing in all sorts of ways. In this short session, we will explore how to improve sleep, improve our breathing techniques and calming ourselves through grounding.

Hi I'm Teddy, I'm one of Newham Recovery College's peer tutors - I'm really delighted to be part of the team. As someone that has had my own challenges with my mental health journey I find teaching the courses and connecting with the community very rewarding. Personally, I like to travel with my partner and step-son, walk my dog and look after my two cats - I'm an animal lover. I like listening to music and attending concerts and musicals. I also enjoy yoga, gong baths, reading and watching sci-fi movies and crime documentaries.
