Good sleep, good breathing techniques and grounding are excellent ways to manage and improve your wellbeing in all sorts of ways. In this short session, Olive Hickmott (Neurolinguistics Practitioner from Empowering Learning) will explore how to improve sleep, improve our breathing techniques and calming ourselves through grounding.

A graduate of the University of Sussex, and an ex-Director of a hi-tech company. Olive is qualified in NLP, energetic NLP and many other modalities. She looks behind the behaviours of children, especially neurodivergent ones, to understand what is challenging them. She is a world leader in understanding the role of mental imagery and particularly interested in how sleep, breathing, grounding, energy, anxiety and safety contribute.
A reformed Dyslexic and ADHDer she created Empowering Learning to enable highly creative, imaginative, neurodivergent students to learn in the most effective way for them, that is typically through their strengths of mental imagery.
