Overview

Research shows that just 10-15 minutes of laughter can elevate your mood, boost energy levels, and support your immune system by reducing stress hormones like cortisol. Come to experience the magic of laughter for yourself!

Each session concludes with grounding techniques such as breath-work or meditation to leave you feeling calm, centered, and refreshed.
