This half day retreat will provide a space to connect with others and to our inner peace, release what we are holding on too and create our own positive mantra and affirmation. We will enter into a deep relaxation with a mini sound bath.
Hi I'm Teddy, I'm one of Newham Recovery College's peer tutors - I'm really delighted to be part of the team. As someone that has had my own challenges with my mental health journey I find teaching the courses and connecting with the community very rewarding. Personally, I like to travel with my partner and step-son, walk my dog and look after my two cats - I'm an animal lover. I like listening to music and attending concerts and musicals. I also enjoy yoga, gong baths, reading and watching sci-fi movies and crime documentaries.
